Éric has been practicing law for two decades.

His practice is primarily focused on municipal law, with specific expertise in matters of expropriation and municipal taxation. Éric represents and advises a wide range of clients including property owners, corporations, and public bodies. He is experienced in resolving complex and contentious municipal matters, especially proceedings to contest property assessments.

Éric has also developed a successful civil and commercial litigation practice with a focus on construction and real estate law. His experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and all other methods of alternative dispute resolution also serve to enrich his strategic approach to civil and commercial disputes.
