Sandra MacLeod
Sandra MacLeod has been working in the legal community for over 30 years.
She began her career as a law clerk but was drawn towards law firm management and human resources. She fully transitioned into a management and HR role approximately 15 years ago and has since obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader designation. Sandra has continued to work in law firm management and HR for over 15 years. She has been instrumental in updating the practices of all law firms that she has worked with to help them become competitive. She also has considerable expertise in developing and implementing processes to ensure a law firm runs smoothly and efficiently.
Sandra grew up in a small farming community east of Ottawa, a place that on some level she will probably always consider home. She moved to Ottawa to attend university and never really left – except for a recent move to the east coast where she now works remotely most of the time.
She currently manages the day-to-day human resources, finance, IT and administration for the David | Sauvé Ottawa office.
