Hayley Crawhall
Hayley maintains a general litigation practice in both official languages, with a focus on estates, commercial, construction and real estate disputes, as well as professional negligence.
Having studied both common and civil law, Hayley was called to the bar in Ontario in 2022. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Small Claims Court, as well as administrative tribunals.
Hayley articled in a boutique class action litigation firm and joined a mid-sized full service firm in Ottawa as an associate where she acquired diverse and valuable litigation experience.
Prior to practicing law, Hayley worked for an international aeronautics company, focusing on procurement contracts and governance policy, and as property manager for a real estate and leasing company, both of which provided her with insight into the business considerations which are so often intermingled with litigation.
Hayley is a proud member of REACH Canada, providing pro bono services to those with disabilities.
FUN FACT
Hayley is a published author in various scientific journals for her work on new models for testing pain and autism drugs in mice.
