Miriam Saghbini
Miriam is the Director of Finance and Operations at the firm, with over nine years of experience in the public sector specializing in financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial systems transformation.
In her role, she oversees the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while leading process optimization initiatives. She plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through a structured and analytical approach.
Prior to joining the firm, Miriam worked within central government organizations, where she supported the implementation and optimization of financial management systems in high-security environments.
In parallel to her professional work, Miriam is actively engaged in academia and research. She is currently pursuing a PhD in project management, focusing on financial change management, and holds an MBA, a degree in accounting, and a Prosci certification in change management.
Miriam also contributes as a lecturer, teaching courses in project profitability analysis, financial planning, and personal finance. Her combined experience in practice, research, and teaching enables her to bridge theory and application, bringing added value to both the firm and the academic community.
FUN FACTS
Miriam is the owner of an event rental company and has played competitive volleyball. She is also an avid traveler and has visited more than 20 countries.
