Benjamin McMurray

Benjamin has spent his entire life in Ottawa and is fully bilingual, he is excited to work with the  David | Sauvé LLP team during his articling term.

Before beginning his legal career, Benjamin volunteered with two criminal law firms in the Ottawa region, where he developed a passion for litigation. During law school, he also interned for Legal Aid Ontario, where he worked with the bail team. During his final year he also worked with the Ontario Court of Justice where he wrote research memos for presiding judges.  Outside of academics, he has been active in faculty sporting events, where he represented the common law section in the annual Med/Law and Common/Civil hockey games to raise money for various charitable organizations.
