Emma Berthiaume

Emma, a fluently bilingual native of Ottawa, is returning to David | Sauvé as an articling student after working with the team as a summer student in 2024.  She is thrilled to return to David | Sauvé to continue her journey in the legal profession.

Her academic and professional development includes serving as a Judicial Assistant at the Supreme Court of Canada, where she worked closely with Justices of the Court. This exceptional opportunity afforded her invaluable insight into the operations and decision-making processes of the nation’s highest judicial body.

Throughout her legal studies, Emma consistently achieved academic distinction, earning placement on the Dean’s List and receiving numerous accolades, including the Academic Excellence Admission Scholarship and multiple merit awards.
